Über mich
Jeanne Artemis ist Komponistin und lebt in Berlin. Die Grundsteine für ihren musikalischen Geist wurden von ihr früh in der europäischen Moderne, den Errungenschaften der Kulturen jenseits Europas und den innovativen Formen der Underground-Musikszenen gefunden. Ihr Engagement, die Grenzen ihrer Kunst in verschiedenen Genres zu erweitern, hat nicht nur Anerkennung gefunden, sondern hat auch viele andere dazu inspiriert, ihrem Beispiel zu folgen. Ihre Musik wird von namhaften InterpretInnen weltweit aufgeführt, und sie erhielt u.a. Stipendien des Goethe Instituts, des Berliner Senats, den Musikfonds e.V., Neustart Kultur und dem Deutscher Musikrat.
